Did you know that in 2024, 87 percent of undergraduates graduated debt free from MIT?  

Additionally, starting next fall, undergraduates with family income below $200,000 can expect to attend MIT tuition-free, thanks to newly expanded financial aid. Eighty percent of American households meet this income threshold. MIT is one of only a few higher education institutions in the US that is both need blind and meets the full financial needs of its undergraduate students.  

That is why support for scholarships remains critical. Your gifts enable our students to harness the talents and potential that brought them to MIT in the first place, allowing them to focus on their education. Scholarship support ensures that an MIT education is accessible to bright, talented students, regardless of income.
