About This Microchallenge

What makes the difference between surviving and thriving at MIT? Often it’s a combination of rich and supportive relationships, a sense of meaning and purpose, and proactive self-care.

These are all specialties of MIT’s Office of Religious, Spiritual, and Ethical Life (ORSEL).We care for and empower students holistically as they seek to find integration and balance in their academic, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. We are here for all students―religious, secular, or anywhere in-between. ORSEL affiliates support on-campus programming, provide confidential one-on-one counseling, and advise student religious organizations.

Through your gift to the ORSEL discretionary fund, you give our chaplains the flexibility to show up where they are needed most.
