About Graduate Student Support
Graduate students choose MIT as the place to continue their education because they know MIT is the best place to hone their talents and passions.
Our graduate students are furthering cross-disciplinary academics, pursuing cutting-edge research, and developing game-changing innovations―but they cannot do it alone. Their success depends on a consistent stream of support from alumni and friends, like you.
The Graduate Student Support Fund delivers vital financial assistance directly to graduate students. This includes fellowships and other forms of aid, such as stipend-only or tuition-only funding and bridge support. The Fund can also provide emergency assistance and travel support when unexpected needs arise. Every award strengthens our MIT graduate community.
When you give to the Graduate Student Support Fund Microchallenge on March 12, you will not only be providing critical financial assistance to graduate students across the Institute―you will also be helping to make a brighter future for us all.
*If you do not see a particular fund listed, you can donate on the MIT giving site and still be counted in the MIT 24-Hour Challenge.
